Return & Refund Vibe

Thank you for shopping with Vibe Thread Print! We’re a small, design-led brand, and all items are made with care—thoughtfully crafted with love and a little kawaii ✨. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a return, refund, or size exchange.

Eligible for Returns

We only accept returns on full-price Vibe Thread Print clothing. (Shipping fees aren’t refundable.)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and makeup
  • Returned with the original packing slip

 

Not Eligible for Returns

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Stickers
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., names, special dates, custom thread colors/placements)

 

Return Process

Please fill out our contact form or email support@vibethreadprint.store with:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your order number and the item(s) you’re returning
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive and review your request, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Please pack the item carefully and include the packing slip, then drop off at any UPS location within 15 days of receiving your label.

Note: we may decline returns that don’t meet the eligibility conditions above.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are welcome within 15 days.

  • Exchange must be for the same item type you purchased (e.g., t-shirt for t-shirt, crewneck for crewneck).
  • We’ll process the exchange after your original item arrives and passes inspection.

 

Wrong and Damaged Item

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, contact us within 4 days of delivery at support@vibethreadprint.store (or via our contact page) with:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

We’ll make it right.

Note: addresses entered incorrectly at checkout or incomplete addresses aren’t covered. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

 

Refund Method & Timing 

  • After your return is received and inspected, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post funds.
