At Vibe Thread Print, we’re a small, design-driven brand, and every piece is crafted with care—made with love and a sprinkle of kawaii. We work hard to process and ship your order on time, and we truly appreciate your patience while we make it just for you!

Processing Time

  • Most orders are ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 6 pm are processed the next business day.

 

Method & Rate 

We currently ship only within the U.S. using UPS as our trusted carrier.

Our shipping method at this time:

  • Standard (2 to 6 business days)

Rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

 

International Orders

At this time, we’re not shipping internationally yet (will be coming soon).

 

Order Tracking 

  • You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is ready to ship.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the email.
  • Haven’t seen updates in a few days? Reply to your email order, we’re happy to help.

 

Address Change

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Need a correction? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll fix it.
  • Your order has already shipped? Contact your carrier directly for address change.

 

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

Marked “Delivered” but not there?

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order
  • Check around your home and with neighbors
  • Wait 2–3 days in case the carrier marks delivered early
  • Still missing? Contact the carrier to start a trace

Damaged on arrival?

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for steps on wrong or damaged item, and email support@vibethreadprint.store with photos so we can make it right.

Note: we can’t replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout, but we’ll help however we can.
